COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY [CBT]
In cognitive-behavioral therapy, individuals learn to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to their emotional distress. In MBCT, this approach is combined with mindfulness practices to help individuals develop a different relationship with their thoughts and feelings. By learning to observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, individuals can break free from negative thought patterns and develop more positive ways of thinking.
